Welcome to Rosanagh - our family home, perfectly situated overlooking, and easily accessible to, Polzeath beach.
THE PERFECT LOCATION
Rosanagh faces west across Polzeath Bay towards Stepper Point on the far side of the Camel Estuary. It is just a few minutes walk down a path at the bottom of the garden to the safe sandy surfing beach of Polzeath, and the SW coastal path.

ABOUT OUR HOME
Rosanagh has been significantly modernised since it's early beginnings, and most rooms take full advantage of the outstanding views of the beach, the surf, and the sea beyond. The house is set in a large plot and there is space for parking several cars.
The large folding french doors lead onto a patio to enjoy the sea view at its best. The house has 'open plan' living on the ground floor and can sleep up to 12 people. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 king sized double beds, 2 twin rooms (beds can be pushed together) and 1 room with 2 sets of bunk beds more suited to children. 1 of the doubles is en-suite, and there is a bathroom and a shower room that the other 4 bedrooms share.
Well behaved dogs are welcome (on the ground floor only). Outside the garage has been converted to a laundry room at the rear and surfboard / wetsuit / BBQ etc storage at the front. There are body boards, a selection of wet suits, a few beach games and a BBQ in the garage for your use.
